A one week Training Program was organized by The Department of Management Studies-MBA for students on âHow to appear for an Interviewâ from December 17-21, 2018. The program was conducted by different experts from the Industry and Academics. It was a step towards making students even more presentable to the outside world than what they currently are. It was felt that sometimes inadequate preparation for job interviews resulted in talented students losing out on good job opportunities. The training program was an attempt towards bridging this gap between potential and performance.
