MDPs

The institute is at a nascent stage as far as conducting MDPs is concerned. However, a beginning has been made in this regard. On 22nd and 23rd January 2017, the institute conducted its first MDP in association with Delhi based training and consulting company Confluence Training and Development for the middle management employees of VE Commercial Vehicles in Guragon. The MDP was delivered by Mr. Parikshit Vaid, Asst. Professor, Department of Management Studies, PIET in association with Confluence trainer Mr. Surya Narayan Bahadur on the topic “Managing Self.” The MDP was attended by 25 participants at different levels of middle management of VE Commercial Vehicles.

The institute is gearing up for the target of conducting MDPs by developing training modules for the industry in collaboration with the industry mentors associated with the institute.
