The Managerial Skill Development Programme is a thorough training initiative created to improve students’ managerial skills across a range of specialisations. A ten-day managerial skill-development programme was held for BBA third-year students from February 7–16, 2023, realising its importance for contemporary corporate executives.
The Workshop was a thorough and intensive course created to give participants the knowledge and skills they needed to succeed in managerial roles. Participants engaged in a variety of interactive workshops, hands-on activities, case studies, and group activities over the course of ten days to develop their managerial skills and get them ready for future leadership roles. The goal of the workshop was to help BBA students strengthen their managerial skills by fostering a collaborative environment and offering a well-rounded learning experience.
