“ConvergeHR: Connecting Minds, Igniting Futures” was a student-led meet. It brought together participants from various MBA/BBA colleges, creating a unique opportunity for students to network and gain valuable insights into the dynamic field of Human Resources. The event aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical corporate HR practices, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas and insights among the participants. Purpose
The event’s key objectives were as follows:
- To bridge the gap between academic knowledge and corporate HR practices.

- To offer an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and expand the professional networks.
Event Highlights:
A total of 105 participants from different institutions attended the ConvergeHR event. These participants represented a diverse range of colleges, including Kurukshetra University, MDU University, NIT Kurukshetra, Panipat, and Institutes from Karnal, as well as the Government Girls College in Panipat.
The Student Led Meet featured two main events: A Presentation Competition and Panel Discussions.
