Management Department of PIET always welcomes new entrants by organizing an Induction programme which is conducted by seasoned professionals. On 19th July, 2017 the PIET auditorium was sizzling with life and enthusiasm. The man in command was Mr. Suriya, Managing Director of the organisation called âConfluenceâ. His principal of teaching is âunshackling needless inefficiencies and enthuse new synergyâ. This enthusiastic personality is the carrier of a virus called âPASSIONâ and he preaches his ideology that âif you are passionate about what you do, you never feel tiredâ.
The name of the event was âKshitijâ meaning the âHorizonâ, the word that indicates an ongoing exploration of the new frontiers, new zones and new talent. The initiation is specially focused on exploring the talents and generating confidence among students. It is heartening to find them voluntarily coming up to the dais and interacting with the audience. Yes, PIET is a campus which is known for building the bonds and winning the trust. Lot of activities like dance performances, skits, songs, poems and group games were mind blowing.
The school fresh youth were simply swept away by his vibes of exhilaration, commotion, vibrations and claps. It was very encouraging to see the young boys and girls opening up so fast with self confidence. Their participation in stage activities was overwhelmingly encouraging as they were ready to exhibit their latent talent on the stage instantly.
Speaking on an occasion Mr. Rakesh Tayal, Member BOG, said, âAs I stand here to look at these very young gleaming faces, it gives me a feeling of assurance that we are going on the right path as desired by the aspirants and their parents.â He further added, âWe at PIET are known for doing things differently and always bringing in new ideas. I have spent a fortnight in the UK to share, discuss and enhance our quality standards for the education. Very soon we will be coming up with some new courses in collaboration with UK universities which will be an addition to our already existing global tie-ups.â
