A Live Budget 2019 session for the students was organized on 1st Feb 2019 in the Department of Management Studies to keep students updated on upcoming Financial Decisions. Even though it was an interim budget but in the words of the Honorable Finance Minister of India Mr.Piyush Goel:
“This is not just an interim budget; this is a vehicle for the developmental transformation of the Nation.”
In Continuation of Live Budget Session held on Feb 1, 2019 presentation and discussion on the same was done by students. Their performance was assessed and judged by the Finance faculty of the department. The event helped the students unravel the crux of the budget and the details behind how major financial decisions are made and what impact they create on the society. The session was very informative and Knowledgeable for students and praised by all.
