Another class of fabric material knitted or hosiery is formed in Knitting Technology Lab. There are Interlock Knitting Machines, Single Jersey Circular Knitting Machine, Flat Bed Knitting machine E12 and Flat Bed Knitting Machine E8 in this Knitting Technology Lab.
Garment Manufacturing Lab provides practical knowledge about production of apparels from grey fabric. This lab contains Single Needle Lock Stitch Sewing Machine, Double Needle Lock Stitch Sewing Machine, Single/Double Needle Chain Stitch Sewing Machine, and Five Thread Overlock Stitching Machine.

Housed in this laboratory are lab-scale versatile equipment for chemical processing of textile fabrics yarn and fibres. In addition the lab contains relevant analytical/testing equipment for assessing performance of the treatments imparted to the textile including Spectrophotometer with Computer Color Matching Software, Washing Fastness Tester, Crock-Meter with Grey scale. Lab equipped with wide range of dyeing printing, finishing machines like HTHP Dyeing Machine, Water Bath (6 x 5), Padding Mangle, Hot Air Oven, Heating Plate, and Heating Plate with Stirrer, Digital pH Meter and Digital Weighing Balance.
This laboratory provides modern CAD/CAM software (Arahne) related for designing textile products. Arahne Software contains three modules: Arah Weave (CAD/CAM Software for dobby and jacquard). Arah Drape (Textile mapping software) and Arah Paint (Software for designing repeat patterns in fabric density).
