Financial literacy is the ability to understand and effectively use various financial skills, including personal financial management, budgeting, and investing. Financial literacy is the foundation of your relationship with money, and it is a lifelong journey of learning. Keeping in mind its importance a financial literacy session was organized by Department of Management Studies (DMS) in collaboration with SV Wealth Partner’s at 1:00 PM on 8th October, 2021. The speaker of the session was Mr. Shamsher Singh a certified financial planner. He discussed the basics of primary market, secondary market and mutual funds with students of the Department. The session was very fruitful as it guided the students regarding financial planning. Around 100 students participated in this session and Certificates were distributed to all participants.
