Human Resource analytics (HR Analytics) is defined as the area in the field of analytics that deals with people analysis and applying analytical process to the human capital within the organization to improve employee performance and improving employee retention.
In continuation to E-learning series for student’s learning, the Department of Management Studies arranged an expert lecture on “HR Analytics” by Dr. DP Sahoo Associate Dean, School of Business, Galgotias University, through Microsoft Team on 12th April 2020 for the HR students and Faculty of Department of Management Studies and Faculty of Department of Business Studies. He lucidly explained how Companies are now realizing that their success is built on people, and HR analytics can light the way from intangible theory-based decisions to real ROI. The Department of Management Studies is privileged and proud at the moment and grateful to worthy Management and Director for their progressive outlook which always favors innovation and development.
