In continuation to DMS endeavor to transform lives through e-learning and to minimize the impact of the corona virus (COVID-19) outbreak on student’s learning, the Department of Management Studies arranged an expert lecture on “Unlock and Unleash the Potential with Supply Chain: A gateway to promising and sustainable career.”.
Essentially, the world can be viewed as one large supply chain. Consumers and producers are constantly communicating with each other, and a product goes through many hands before reaching its destination. Supply chain management deals with major issues such as the growth of multinational corporations, partnerships, global brand expansion, and outsourcing. SCM is the single most important business discipline in the world today, and has only gotten more interconnected.
