The Department of Management Studies at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology organized a highly informative and engaging guest lecture on November 8, 2023. The session took place at the Seminar Hall, Ground Floor, D-Block, and was attended by a total of 90 MBA first-year students from various sections. The guest speaker for the session was Dr. Debjani Roy, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Mind Your Fleet and a Professor of Practice at institutions like Mody University and Vedica, among others.
The theme of the lecture was “Hiring Proactive, Diverse, and Resilient Workforce and Nurturing them Towards Rewarding Careers for Business Sustainability.” This topic is highly relevant in today’s dynamic business environment, where organizations strive to create a workforce that can adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to long-term sustainability.
