Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology is organized HR Conclave on âInnovative Practices in Industry- Academia Interfaceâ on March 2, 2019, Saturday from 9:30 a.m. â 1:30 p.m. at PIET campus, which brought the most efficient HR fraternity and Entrepreneurs to deliberate upon the dramatically reshaped practices in the landscape of emerging interface between an Academia and Industry.
Business leaders and HR managers are now reinventing their roles beyond business functions to transform organizations. As the boundaries of HR have extended beyond horizons, the way HR practices are managed and run is becoming vigorous, agile and embedded with digital interventions and the innovative ways they partner with Academia. With this ever increasing shift in the critical role of HR and more Start ups being established,  PIET organized The HR Conclave 2019 on the theme of â Innovative Practices in Industry- Academia Interface â. The HR Conclave had an inaugural session on the aforementioned theme, followed by panel discussions on âReorienting Teaching âLearning Practices for better Employability and Entrepreneurshipâ
