For the Department of Management Studies at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology organizing the HR Conclave on the theme Agile HR and the work environment today on 19th November 2022 in collaboration with the corporate partner – Yungminds and the media partners Dailyhunt and Aap ki khabar was the pinnacle in the history of the institution.
At the Conclave the stalwarts discussed about the challenges faced by HR and their probable solutions as they touched upon the various topics such as analytics, networking, agile HR, etc. Chief Guest Mr. Pradyumna Pandey – CHRO, Mother Dairy Fruit and Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. shared a few mantras of being a successful and impactful HR. Guests of Honor Dr. Aparajita Prasad, Director HR, PwC Advisory discussed about the ‘access and retention of talent pool in post pandemic hybrid work model culture’ and Ms. Karuna Ahuja, Director HR, Argenbright Holdings spoke about the diversified aspects of ‘New Age HR Professionals’.
The panel discussion revolved around the theme “Demystify the New talent: How can HR build skills for the future to power growth”. The panelists for the session were Mr. Pradyumna Pandey, CHRO, Mother Dairy; Ms. Karuna Ahuja, Director HR, Argenbright Holdings; Ms. Shaifaly Sangal, Founder – Yungminds; Ms. Meena Sharma, Unit Head – HR & ER, Uniparts and Ms. Renu Bhatia, Head HR, Healthcare. The Session was moderated by Ms. Ridhi Kochar, DMS, PIET.
