About PIET

Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET) was established by the Vidhya Peeth Education trust in the year 2006. It was the time when state and NCR was striving of producing World Class technocrats and Managers. PIET was Self Financed Initiative by a Private Management which always had an eye on quality of technical education.

The great philosophy of PIET management has created an edifice that is strengthening its foundation, which can only rise higher and higher. Quality and Integrity is the essence for achieving Excellence at PIET. Registration Fee Details

  • At least one author must register to include the paper in the conference.
  • If more than one author will be coming to attend the conference for paper presentation then at least one author need to register as a Regular Author/Student Author/Industry Author (as applicable) and rest of the authors can register as Co-Author.

Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Authors should submit their original unpublished work in PDF format to ICCICA-2024 via Microsoft CMT account.
  • If any author does not have a Microsoft CMT account. First he needs to create his account on Microsoft CMT (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com) and then follow the link given for “Online Paper Submission”.
  • Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.
  • Submission should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template.
  • The decision regarding the acceptance of paper is at the discretion of Technical Program Committee

Paper must be in pdf format and must satisfy following requirements:

  • Paper Size: US Letter format (8.5″ x 11″).
  • Paper Length: Up to 6 pages, including figures, tables & references. A maximum of two additional pages are permitted, with an additional charge of INR 1000 per page, to be paid during author registration.
  • Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, 10pt Times New Roman font.
  • Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75″ (19mm). The top margin must be 0.75″ (19 mm), except for the title page where it must be 1″ (25 mm).

Note: Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.

Reviewing Process

Blind review process of peers will be As follows:

Minimum of 3 reviewers per paper; all reviewers are subject matter experts as defined by their edict (Reviewer usually have 5 or 6 edicts that they are willing to review against)

Each reviewer will be given maximum 3 no. of papers to review in minimum of one month time

The number of submissions will determine the number of reviewers required

Plagiarism checking Committee initially checks the plagiarism in the submitted paper by plagiarism checking tools.

Conference review Process:

Step 1: Acknowledgement to the authors (Assigning Manuscript ID/Easy chair ID) after submission of Full paper.

Step 2: The Supporting Team will check the followings for the Manuscript received.

i. Plagiarism (as per IEEE Policy)

ii. Quality and Novelty

iii. Checking Language

iv. Scope of the Manuscript with the theme of the Conference If the manuscript is satisfying the above said points, the manuscript will be sent for review.

Step 3: If the manuscript is not satisfying the said points, the manuscript will be notified as either “Revise and Resubmit “or “Rejected”.

Step 4: Consolidated papers will be assigned to three independent reviewers for each manuscript and will undergo a double-blind review process. Based on the review comments, the organizing committee will send the decision to authors (1. Accept 2. Accept with Revision 3. Reject)

Step 5: The accepted and revised articles are requested for Registration, Camera ready Copy and Signed Copyright transfer form.

Step 6: : All the Registered Manuscript shall be presented in the conference by the author/Authors.

Number of reviews: All papers will receive at least three reviews.
