A Webinar on Leadership was organized in Department of Management Studies-MBA. The event was addressed by famous industrilaist Sh.Anand Mahendra, Chairman, Mahindra Group. The main focus of his address was on how to develop self worth and confidence among young Management graduates. The students listened to the inspiring ideas of the industry stalwart with rapt attention and wide-eyed admiration. A major theme which was highlighted in his speech was:
“Communication is what makes a team stronger and work more effective.”
