General Information
- PIET Quest is an event organized by our college to explore, encourage and award the budding talent.
- We adjudge and recognize their caliber and hard work through the process of quiz contest.
- The winner’s of the event are awarded various prizes and scholarships.
- The students in this overall process are exposed to various career options through seminars and counseling sessions, conducted by the professionals.
- The reprentative of schools/polytechnics will be felicitated by momento’s and gifts at PIET.
- The best school among all the schools will also be awarded and felicitated.
Round 1- (At School/Polytechnic Premises)
- The 1st round of the event is an off-line test conducted at the respective school/polytechnic premises.
- The test consists of thirty multiple choice questions to be completed within the duration of 30 minutes.
- The test for science stream students will be based on questions from Physics, Chemistry and Maths as per their syllabus studied.
- Separate question papers will be there for the class 11th and the 12th class students.
- The test for Commerce and Arts students will consist questions on Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning and GK.
- The test for polytechnic is based on evaluating Aptitude, Reasoning, Numerical and Quantitative methods, English and communication, including General Knowledge of the participating students.
- The test shall be conducted by the school/institute teachers or the faculty members from our institute as per the time and dates convenient to the school.
- The test will be OMR based and will be evaluated by the PIET faculty members.
- After the declaration of result, shortlisted and selected candidates for the 2nd round will be intimated to the school/institute authorities.
- The certificates for the students qualifying 1st Round shall be handed over to the respective schools/institutes and further details for the next rounds will be intimitated to the school/institute.
Round 2 – (At PIET, Panipat)
- The Round 2 is an online test and will be conducted at PIET.
- Date for 2nd and final round will be intimitated to schools/polytechnics.
- Only the qualified students of Round 1 are eligible to take part in second rounds.
- Transportation facility, pickup and drop from respective schools/institutes will be provided by PIET.
- The students will be escortd by teachers from respective schools/institutes and faculty members of PIET.
- The Students will be provided proper refreshment and lunch in the college.
- Online test of the Second round will be of 30 minutes having multiple choice questions.
- After the completion of 2nd round only the qualified students will go for the final round.
Final Round- (At PIET, Panipat)
- The qualified students of round 2 will be taking part in the Main Quiz which is an on the stage event.
- The students will be divided into respective teams.
- The quiz will be conducted by a famous Quiz Master in front of many eminent guests and personalities.
- The winners of the quiz will be awarded prizes and Scholarships.
