Outcome Based Education is an educational process that focuses on future performance skills of the learners and to apply knowledge for achieving their outcomes after they are taught. One of the major issues in OBE is the effective curriculum design that provides experiential learning. Acknowledging its importance, The Department of Management Studies –MBA organized a one day workshop ‘Outcome based Education and Innovative Pedagogy’on Decemeber 9, 2019. The workshop was conducted by Prof. Raghuvir Singh (Pro-Vice Chancellor) and Prof. R.N.Kashnia from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh for the faculty of MBA department.
For accreditation, institutes need to follow certain processes for improving the quality of education. The teachers need to understand and then implement the various processes required to improve the quality of teaching learning. This workshop primarily was designed to provide platform to the teachers of PIET to understand the various processes of teaching learning and participate in the innovations.
