B.Tech. ECE in PIET is a 4 year program. It also offers Hons. in fields like IOT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science and Robotics.Electronics and communication engineering is an area that enables learners to design, build and test wireless communications systems.It also includes basic circuitry, analog and digital data transmission & data reception, voice and video (AM, FM, DTH, for example), microprocessors, satellite communications, microwave engineering, antennas, and wave progression. It aims to deepen the students’ knowledge and skills on the fundamental concepts and theories that will equip them in their professional work, including the study, implementation of systems, operation, development and maintenance of the various electronics and communications engineering applications. Students can easily access job opportunities in manufacturing industries and service companies, such as broadcasting, consulting, data communication, entertainment, research and development, and system support, after completion of the degree. Applicants may also work in modern multimedia service firms involved in the transmission of information through video conferencing in real time.
