Reservation of Seats & Fee Refund Policy

The reservation policy of the institute is in accordance with the state government directives on the matter.

(A)  The sanctioned intake for Diploma/B. Tech./MBA/MCA/M. Tech. programs shall be distributed as:

  • 25% of sanctioned intake shall be filled by the institutions. The institute shall fill their 25% seats of sanctioned intake (management quota) at their own level.
  • 75% of sanctioned intake shall be filled through Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). The admissions of 75% of sanctioned intake shall be done by HSTES as per the Reservation Policy notified by the State Government of Haryana.

(B) The sanctioned intake for BBA/BCA Course shall be distributed as under:

(C) Fee refund policy for Diploma/B. Tech./MBA/MCA programs:
  • As per AICTE Approval Process Handbook, in the event of a student withdrawing before the starting of the course, the entire fee collected from the student, after a deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) shall be refunded.
  • In case, if a student leaves after joining the course and if the vacated seat is consequently filled by another student by the last date of admission, The Institute refund the fee collected after a deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) and proportionate deductions of monthly fee and hostel rent, where applicable. In case the vacated seat is not filled, the institute refunds the security deposit and returns the original documents. Fee refund along with the return of certificates is completed within seven days.
  • For refund of semester/admission fee deposited in the institute, candidate has to give the refund application to the institute well within time (before the last date of admission) and get a receipt of the same. In the programs, which are governed by AICTE, application of refund of fee will not be admitted after 10th of August as last date for completing the admission process is 15th

(D) Fee refund policy for BBA/BCA programs:

If a candidate withdraws from the course/programme in which he/she was admitted the fee to the candidate will be refunded as per following rules:

Note: In case of demise of a candidate during the period as per point no. 1, 2 and 3 above, the application of withdrawal of admission and refund of fee is to be submitted by the parents/guardian of the candidate and the fee will be refunded without any deductions.

* Formally-notified last date of admission is the date of display of the final list (i.e. the date on which, candidate mark their attendance by physical presence) in the department/institute.

# Aggregate fee is inclusive of course fee and non-tuition fee but exclusive of caution money and security deposit. Fee will be refunded to the eligible candidates who are covered under the above criteria given at Sr. No. 1 to 4 within 30 working days from the date of closure of admission of that academic session.
