Rather than job searcher, âyouth ought to be job creatorâ contributing towards a similar philosophy, Department of Management Studies, Panipat institute of engineering and technology contemplated the present scenario with regards to entrepreneurship development on 15/02/2020.
Experts began the seminar with explanation that the entrepreneur builds up a marketable strategy, gets the human, monetary and other required assets, and takes responsibility for its success and failure. Samriti Arora and Archit Srivastav from Swastik Group mesmerized the audience with their talk on how to start any business. Additionally there was a healthy discussion on the term Customer Value. Expert of the seminar also disclosed extremely impressive and attractive schemes offered by the government. Focus of the seminar was to let the students learn about the entrepreneurial skills. Students additionally valued the recommendations got from Mr. Ritesh Aggarwal (Director Placement PIET). Sh Suresh Tayal (Secretary PIET) enlightened the students by sharing their rich experience and put focus on things that should be remembered prior to beginning of any business.
The seminar proved to be an encouraging one for the students and there was a wave of excitement among students to learn the desired entrepreneurial skills. Dr Ankur Sabharwal presented a vote of thanks to dignitaries and expressed his gratitude to the Swastik Group for their worthy presence. He also thanked the worthy management PIET for continuous support and guidance for such events. Dr Akhilesh Kumar Mishra (HOD, Department of Management studies) appreciated the efforts of students and assured that such thought provoking sessions will be organized constantly.
