The Department of Management Studies organized SMS_2020 ‘A Service Marketing Shake-Up Activity’ on 15/05/2020 to implement the practical aspects of Service Marketing with the help of Blended Learning. Blended Learning is an approach to education that combines online education materials and opportunities for online interaction with traditional place-based classroom methods.
Under the guidance of Mr. Vikas Nain, three groups analyzed three different service organizations for around two weeks. Ms. Deepika and Ms. Jyoti completed their analysis on Beauty Salon. Ms. Himani did the survey on a 5-Star Hotel. Ms. Komal and Mr. Lovish did their study on Quick Service Restaurant.
All the groups presented the different service dimensions of their study and presented the deep analysis on importance of CRM in service organization.
The Department of Management Studies is glad and prerogative at the moment and thankful to Worthy Management and The Director for being so supportive in making the event successful. Undoubtedly the event brought a new understanding of practical approach of service marketing to the students.
